Classy K~9 Clips has been serving the community of Rockingham, Kwinana and Mandurah since May 2004. I have the only Shop Front Pet Grooming Salon located in these areas, I specialize in providing a totally pampering service to Cats and Dogs. I only use natural products and this draws clients to me.

 

At Present I am averaging approximately 40 new clients per month, without advertisng. Within the last 6 months two other home grooming salons have closed, the owners of these salons have recommended my Salon to their customers. I also receive alot of referrals from Veterinary Surgeries within these areas. Over 55% of my customers are repeat business and many more are regulars.

 

Due to customer demand in April 2005 I opened a Pet Accessories Boutique in the shop next door. This has enabled me to cater to all my customers needs.  

Classy K~9 Clips has been nominated for the small business awards by my customers for the last 2 years. Through the nominations I won through to qualify as a finalist in the Southern Coast Regional Chamber of Commerce Small Business Awards in 2004 and 2005.  Recently I was informed that Classy K~9 Clips has been nominated for the Telstra Small Business Awards for 2006.

 

My Salon is located in Safety Bay a suburb of the City of Rockingham, 50 Kilometers south of Perth. The Rockingham area is on of the fastest growing areas as nominated by the Realestate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA).

 

Rockingham has  been featured on Channel 7’sToday Tonight as being one of the next “SEACHANGE” Locations around Australia for huge growth potential.
